9: The Kings will have to secure a victory over the (not so mighty anymore) Ducks, and then carry their 8 game streak into Saturday’s 1pm matinee versus the always tough Wings. A win would make it 9 in a row setting a Kings record and making this fan even more elated than he already is. What a season this has become!
Reminder: If the Kings beat the Ducks next Monday in Anaheim, that will make it 8-0 on the road, which would again tie the club record. If they should do so, their next road game (and chance to break the record) wouldn’t be until March 2nd in Dallas! Something to look forward to during the Olympic break.
