Hello, I’m Cynic. I’m an Aquarius, like long walks on the beach, and reading deep into everything I read about hockey for the hidden reason(s) or BS. I’ve been a Long Suffering Kings fan for 32 years, was truly sad when the legend, Juraj Mikus, left L.A. to save Russia, and believe we are jaded having Bob Miller & Jim Fox calling games as there is no better announce team in hockey today.

I’ve studied music since I was 7, playing French Horn & Trumpet. I Attended CSULB, studying Music Education and joining the Men’s music fraternity Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia. I left school early because the orchestra professor was a $@%$#%^^, joined a thrash metal band, and sang thrash/death metal for 7 years until a Mexican immigrant swept me off my feet. Cut my waist long hair, got married, 3 kids, house, etc. and ended up here….BLOGGING.
Well, that and I own a few businesses that at least make ends meet, trying hard to grow them while taking plenty of breaks to grind my fingers into bloody stumps, typing commentary about my favorite team….(cue David Courtney) YOUR LOS ANGELES KINGS!
